If she's suffering a lot, I'd let her go. If she just needs help, but seems happy aside from that, I wouldn't do it. You'll miss her a lot and as long as she isn't suffering I'd let her be with you as long as possible. And to me she doesn't look too unhappy on the most recent picture.
